finding a builder for us was a very daunting situation. It is our first home and we had had no need for trades men previously and had no one to ask for a reliable opinion so we took to my builder and found Robert and his team at Avonvale. Robert came out to the house and gave a very competitive quote for our two-storey side extension, porch and patio doors. when we received the quote was broken down into stages this meant that we could understand what we were paying for on each part of the build and tailor it to just the bits we needed and keep us on track for our very strict budget.Robert,Ian and Dan were a pleasure to have in our home they were courteous, polite, and professional they were here at 8.20am and worked until 3.30/4pm each day even if the weather was not in our favor. The work was completed to a high standard they are all very proud of the work that they do and are only happy to put their name to something if it is just so.The project was completed very close to schedule.Robert is very keen on completing a job exactly how the customer wishes and is very keen on communicating about each stage of the build.He was very flexible when we changed our mind even at the last minuet. He was very upfront with any changes in cost and would always wait for approval before going ahead with anything.We would defiantly recommend Robert and the team to friend’s, family and anyone reading this. we already have plans for Robert to come back to help with our next project.
