Rob and the boys did a fantastic job with our extension. We had an existing galley kitchen, and we wanted a porch/extension at the end to complete it. Rob was very flexible with changes and explained everything in simple terms to a building novice. It took around two weeks with some less than ideal weather conditions, yet this didn't massively affect progress. I also had some other work going on with the house, some of which impacted Rob, however nothing was too much of an issue. Very trustworthy, punctual, polite and does a fantastic job - couldn't ask for more really. I'll be using you again, Rob, thank you very much.

I had my house whole house painted by Avonvale & they were very good specially Luke who did the work. He was very knowledgeable & particular. I would highly recommend him for any painting work.

Quoted us for new fence and to lift old patio tiles up (and further work to commence in a months time). Very good work on the new fence and garden thus far. Good communication throughout.

What can I say other than a huge thank you to Luke for the excellent job he has done on decorating nearly the whole of my house! Lounge, hall, stairs & landing, bathroom, 2 spare bedrooms, my bedroom and en-suite. Luke is certainly a perfectionist which can been seen in the standard of the work. He was accommodating, totally professional and reliable. He was also extremely patient with me! I cannot praise him enough and have already recommended him and Avonvale to others. Brilliant job, can't stop wondering around looking at my beautifully transformed home!

Rob responded very quickly to our job and we are absolutely delighted with the recently completed work which Luke carried out. We are real perfectionists and he surpassed our high expectations! Not only a beautiful and professional finish but Luke also helped us find the perfect colour. Rob responded very quickly to our request for a painter and decorator, and sent Luke round very quickly too. Luke is a great painter and decorator, we're very happy with the work he's done. Also, as we both work from home a lot it makes it so much easier if the people we use are pleasant to have around. Luke is really polite, friendly, and considerate, and we will definitely use him again.

We were delighted with the work carried out by Luke. He did a fantastic job at painting our kitchen, stairs and landing. He was always punctual, polite and professional. He paid meticulous attention to detail and did a very neat job. He worked in a tidy environment and always cleared up at the end of the day. He did a lovely job also of tiling behind our cooker which was not easy given the curve of the wall and the 450 year old chimney breast! We felt happy to trust his knowledge and experience to guide us about which tiling and paint products would work best for us. It was a pleasure to have Luke working for us and we would not hesitate to use Avonvale Developments again for any future decorating work. Thank you.
