    Repair and strengthen retaining garden walls
    Very happy with the work and have asked Rob to quote on further work as so pleased. Rob pinned and re pointed my garden walls. He was punctual, quick and thorough. Looks so much better. Would definitely use again.

    Remove old patio slabs and lay new patio slabs
    Very pleased with new patio and step,rob was very professional and kept us informed regarding when he would be starting and finish date,was also very tidy and paid attention to detail, highly recomended

    New garden wall

    Crumbly red brick garden walls in need of repair.
    Rob arrived promptly and early on a bank holiday morning, but got on with replacing crumbling brickwork and did a lovely job in making the walls and steps stable, safe and secure, and pleasing to the eye. He followed what I was looking for, even removing old and unnecessary brickwork. Thank you, I really appreciate your hard work especially more so in these difficult times.

    Patio Cleaning
    Absolutely great job. I would definitely recommend Rob and would not hesitate to ask him again to do any work we have.

    Decking and retaining wall
    Laid a deck on a sloping garden at a new build property. Lovely friendly and polite guy. Fantastic price and good quality work. Would most certainly hire again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Rob.

    Garden wall
    Really happy with the work Rob and Dennis did for us. They were punctual,upfront, honest and friendly. They kept us updated and I would highly recommend Avondale Developments and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    Remove & replace small front garden wall
    Absolutely first class job done - from start to finish. Rob arrived when he said he would, communicated what the work entailed and completed the job in a very professional manner. The area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Would definitely use him again.
