Initially, Zack came across very pleasant & knowledgeable & decided to give him the job. Pitched roof was completed & at that time the work looked visually fine, until after he left, I noticed the front row of tiles were dipped compared to the rest. I contacted Zack for him to relook and fix the issue & Zack promised in the new year. Then after chasing update in the new year, Zack was off on abreivement leave and promised he will contact me very soon , that didn't happen. Weeks turning into months and Zack still failing to respond to my message's/calls. I regret paying him full cash now and depending on how Zack responds and sticks to his promise, I could change/update these comments. Its a shame I have to choose this root to grab his attention.
