Review left on 22 Nov 2022Rating: 1 out of 5New flat roof on house extension(Updated on 23 Nov 2022)Zack came into my home and caused more damage than he fixed and I have had to take legal advice in the hope of getting the issue resolved. I had two damp patches so employed a roofer to make my flat roof water tight. After Zack and his team came in, refelted my roof to what he conceded to be a poor standard, the central area has leaked to the point I am emptying buckets regularly. Zack came back once to bodge around the pipe and once to tell me it was the pipe leaking. Since we gained access and proved the roof is leaking not the pipe he has refused to respond to any form of communication. I have had to pass the issue on to legal representation in the hope I can make my home water tight before the real winter hits. Please don't let this man into your home, you will regret it. Not only is he unprofessional but gives Christians a bad name.Answer from tradesperson:
