job ok but nothing special, looks untidy from above.

Zack and his team were absolutely brilliant, they started the job promptly and arrived on time on the days stated. They were very professional and dedicated to their work and even worked through some extreme weather conditions. My original dry verge installation ended up becoming a whole new roof as the laths and lining were end of life and I agreed to go for new guttering and fascias too! Zack offered several options to me and didn’t pressure me into which option to choose, but I felt whilst they were here they might as well do a whole new roof, guttering and fascias so I wouldn’t need to worry about these for many years to come! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! I’m really pleased with my new roof and would recommend him to anyone!

Zack, is a very reliable person, he came before his time. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone, family and friends, he is very pleasant guy. I will be asking him to do another for me job soon.

I have recently had work done on my roof and chimney removed by West Midlands roof care. I’m very pleased by the work,Zack it’s friendly and professional he finish the job on time and definitely I will recommend him to my friends.

Zack was very flexible with timings and initially I left it for a bit. Then I needed the bay window roof doing in an emergency as I needed it doing before other work which was planned. Zack made time for me at very short notice and came and installed a new insulated bay window roof with new guttering. Its beautiful. Zack was very well spoken and well mannered. He was very understanding about my problems and delivered expertly and professionally. He also did some other work for me while he was there on my flat roof at the back. Cannot fault him and will definitely be employing him and his staff for other required work in the future. I can confidently recommend West Midlands Roof Care to anybody.

Zack Follows was a decent and pleasant person to deal with. We explained what we wanted, he sourced the materials for us told us how much it would cost, which we were satisfied with. He did an excellent job, we would not hesitate to use him again.

Excellent service provided. Our existing asphalt flat roof was leaking. Zack gave a competitive quote and has done a great job replacing with a new fibre glass one, including adding insulation which was not in the original. Have also used Zack to replace some guttering too following the original work.

Excellent job from quote to completion. Zack offered three different solutions to the flat roof leak and explained each one. Arrived to complete the job at date and time agreed. Carried out the work with little disruption and on completion everything was clean and tidy. Photographed the work as it progressed and on completion. Roof looks great and no leaks. Perfect experience and would use Zack again and recommend his work.
