James explained clearly what he thought needed to be done and gave me options on how to fix the leak. He also turned up when he said he would and communicated with me very well throughout. The leak, that had been causing us problems for months, is now sorted and at what I thought was a good price. I also got him to service my boiler whilst he was here. Very pleased.
