I hired James at JDG Plumbing and Heating to have a look at a suspected leak from the bathroom shower. From initial discussions to investigating the cause of the leak, James has been very professional, courteous and prompt. Overall, I am very happy with the service being given and look forward to having the problematic shower tray rectified shortly!

James arrived promptly between the time we agreed. He was very friendly and polite. I explained to him what problems we were experiencing. He told me what needed to be done. He fixed our leaky main water stop and also fixed our hot water tap in the bathroom. He told me all work was guaranteed for a year. He charged us a very competitive price. We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to contact him again if we have any plumbing issues.

James was very polite and professional. I only had two small jobs that needed fixing, a valve on my hot water tank and a hot water bath tap that wouldn't work and he spent a good amount of time on both jobs, making sure both were done correctly. I would happily recommend James and use him for future jobs.

James kindly attended with short notice and having discussed what was needed arranged to do the work within 48hrs as agreed. All work was completed efficiently the same day. I have to add James was very informative which placed us at ease and we would certainly recommend him and certainly use him again should we have any other work.

Excellent job done, quick, clean and tidy. Toilet is as brand new now, excellent service at short notice, highly recommended.

Excellent fast and efficient service

I highly recommend James! He came out the same day, was very polite and extremely helpful, he did the job very well, added a part that would help me with turning off the hot water in the future, should i need to.. Very clean worker put everything back, i have never had anyone help me as much and give me such good advise. Thank you James!
