James arrived promptly, explained the problem , and the solution. He quoted a very reasonable price and proceeded with the job immediately. He also pointed out some other minor issues which he was happy to deal with, and at no extra cost. He worked in a very meticulous and precise manner. The project - A complete refurbishment of a mid terrace Victorian house over 4 storeys and containing 4 flats which required the removal of old pipework and units and the installation of new pipework, electric boilers, radiators, kitchen and bathroom units. James was at every stage of proceedings very attentive and informative with his schedules and carried out the work to a very high standard. Throughout the refurb he remained totally focused on my project and balanced his work around the other tradesmen. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a most trusted tradesman and look forward to working with him again.

I would happily recommend James - arranging for him to call round was very straightforward, he was extremely prompt (and flexible about the time), and did a great job in fixing the leak. Not only did he fix the problem very quickly but he waited for 15-20 mins to make sure everything stayed fine. Good value too. Whether you want a small or large job doing I'd recommend James very highly.

Brilliant service. Called up and came out within hours of posting the job. Turned out to be an issue with the water meter and James called the water company who will be out toady to fix the issue. Very polite, prompt and trust worthy.

James called me very quickly after I posted my job and arranged to visit to have a look at my kitchen mixer tap, as no cold water was flowing. He arrived on time and was very polite and genuine. He got straight to work and fixed my tap with a new part immediately explaining what he was doing all the way through. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I also asked him about my leaking shower and he took a look and provided me with some powder dye to test where the leak may be coming from. I would gladly use JDG Plumbing again. His price was also very fair. A true tradesman which is hard to find nowadays. Thank you so much.
