James did an excellent job. Reliable, polite and enthusiastic. Explained things well and thorough in his work. Reasonable prices too. I would definitely recommend James.

James is extremely polite and conscientious. He was on time for both appointments - quoting for the work and on the day of the job. He explained the job so that I understood what he would be doing. His quote was competitive and was the price I paid. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I usually get 3 quotes for any work I require, but I really trusted James when I met him so I didn't get any further quotes. I highly recommend James to anyone requiring a plumber. I will be using him again. Thank you James.

Highly recommended - James came in and thoroughly investigated what the problem could be, found it and fixed it immediately for an extremely reasonable price, and in addition gave lots of helpful advice. Will definitely hire him if I need a plumber again sometime.

Sometimes there are regulations and conditions that the home-owner may not be aware of, even on what seems to be the smallest of plumbing jobs, so we may not think to ask the tradesman about them. James explained the ins-and-outs of what was required for the job we asked him to quote for without any need for questions or prompts from us, which cemented the feeling of confidence that we had found the right person to solve our problems. Added to that, James is a very easy person to get along with, his rates are realistic, the finished job is great quality - and he took the time to hang around for a while after the work was done to make sure there were no problems once the water system was back up to full pressure. Based on our experience of James attitude and the quality of his work, we would highly recommend his services.

James did a great job with a leaky pipe under our floorboards. He did an excellent job. He was quick, tidy, efficient and he's a really nice chap, too, and I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others.

I have saved his number in case I ever need a Plumber again as i don't think anyone else will live up to this man! We had 5 plumbers out to try and fix our radiator and James did it for under a £100. He was very tidy and genuinely well mannered & polite, explaining everything he was doing. He started out with simple solutions to see if they worked first before rerouting my radiator completely. Cant recommend him enough. He was also very good with my dog!

Can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a plumber like James. totally professional, very polite, trustworthy, really knows his stuff and charges extremely reasonable prices. Spotted our problem straight away i.e. leak came from a lead-lock fitted upside down (2 other plumbers failed to spot this). Explained what the options were and what he could do. Once the job was done he didn't clear off asap (like the other 2 plumbers did!) but stayed for 5 minutes to make sure everything was OK. We're already going to use James again to replace a sink. Can't recommend highly enough.
