Job finished very quickly and efficiently at a very competitive price. James was pleasant and helpful and took care to complete the work to a high standard. I would definitely use him again for any further plumbing work.

We were very impressed with James from the start when he came on time to look at the job and was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. In addtion he gave us a clear idea of costs and options, adjusted the timing when we needed to get the job done more quickly and kept us informed. James provides a good level of service to his customers and obviously has the skills required to complete the job to a high standard. We would recommend James without hesitation.

After contacting and leaving messages with 3 plumbers James was the first to come back to me and I can say I am glad he did. I can see why his feedback is so positive, he is very pleasant and for me being female he was not at all intimidating. He arrived promptly and located the cause of the leak. He was very trustworthy as after giving me advice left me with the options of dealing myself or for him to carry out the work at a reasonable price . I opted to sort myself but will definitely be contacting him to carry out future work . He wasnt at all pushy like some workmen can be and he was very knowledgeable in the advice he gave me about the bathroom leak and with the problems I was having with my kitchen taps. I will recommend to friends and family. Thanks James for building my confidence in workmen, a rare find.

James was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was with our shower which had stopped working. Explained what the best possible action was and did a fantastic job with fitting a new shower. He was efficient, trustworthy and I will be recommending James to all my friends and family.

Incredibly polite, helpful. Fully described what needed doing and quoted accordingly; did the job in an amazingly short space of time; tidied up after himself; took us through where everything was then tested that all was working before leaving. Very personable, professional and the job he did is excellent - you couldn't tell he was here apart from two appliances working perfectly now he's gone!! Highly recommended.
