A job well done. James is a very nice honest guy. A good worker and competitively priced.

Arrived punctually on Saturday morning (despite snow.) Completed the job promptly and efficiently then stayed long enough to check that there were no problems. Very friendly and polite (took off snowy shoes before going through the house.) Price was perfectly reasonable. Entirely happy with the service which has helped restore my lost confidence in tradesmen.

James offered to come round that very same afternoon, he arrived bang on time, was very polite and spent a good hour thoroughly investigating the problem I was having. He wasn't able to complete an immediate repair as it is likely mains drain related so its a bigger prob than I originally thought. But James gave me some great advice and guidance about what to do next. He only charged me a small fee, despite the fact he was on site a good hour, and was in the loft/under the bath etc... outstanding value for money. I wouldn't hesitate in calling James back for future plumbing work as he certainly appeared to know his trade. He has excellent reviews on here and I can see why. Recommended

Excellent service - James came out the next day and fixed both toilets promptly, telling me how much is was likely to cost before he did the work and told me what he was doing and why as he went along. Great service - will tell all my friends to use him. Thanks very much!

Friendly and very thorough, explained what he was doing as he did it as even gave a few tips for simple maintenance! Best price by far, definitely would recommend.
