It was boxing day 2015 there was water coming in from the roof and water attempting to breach through the front door. I thought I'd never get hold of a roofer, never mind one willing to work in the river that was once my garden. But W Hartley Ltd Roofing Contractors arrived, waded across the drive, set up the ladders and spent boxing day afternoon patching up the flat roof. On the first available date they returned to complete the job. They did an excellent job, I would happily recommend them and am grateful for their willingness to work on the Bank Holiday.

W Hartley Ltd have excellent communication and have been very prompt in replying about, and attending, the job. They have a very professional approach, and went beyond the job to recommend further critical work that needed doing on other areas of the house. The team are very polite and efficient and took a pro-active approach in fixing our roof while we were away for the Christmas holidays (when the weather was very wet) and took the opportunity to do the work on the one dry day; this was very much appreciated. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Arrived next day on a holiday, cant say fairer than that. Did the job, and ive left it a week in awful weather and the repair is still holding strong good as new. Would recommend no problem.

No nonsense approach Keith identified source of leak on my extension flat roof. He repaired that part of the roof. I am impressed by the attitude and professionalism of these two lads primarily by giving me options as opposed to giving me the 'hard-sell' of replacing the whole roof. A job well done..would highly recommend to anyone. Reasonable in price too.
