It is hard to put into words how happy we are with Victor. From our first interactions he was always there to help and willing to talk about the project at any time of the day. Following a thorough walk round and discussion of the job, Victor provided us with a very competitive and thorough quote. Victor comes across as likable and insightful. After confirming that we would like to proceed (on a Sunday), Victor arranged for him and his team to start at the property the next day! The team worked very hard and with quality to ensure that we could move into our flat as soon as possible. Throughout the job Victor helped us by suggesting ideas for design, taking us to retailers to choose materials and even picking up a mirror we purchased. In regards to the work itself, Victor and the team have completely transformed our flat from a run down scabby shell to a high quality home for us to live in. They were always tidy and informed us of any unexpected costs and they do not demand full payment upfront. Even more incredible was the fast turnaround of the work, just 2 weeks to transform a big maisonette, whilst maintaining a high quality finish. I cannot recommend Victor highly enough and we will certainly be having him back for more work in the near future. I had a few quotes and Victors was the most resonable, he was very professional and friendly, the work he did on my rental property was excellent, he was also very patient with me when I kept adding and removing jobs before finally settling on the final quote. His team worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Victor and won't hesitate to use his services again .

I unreservedly recommend Victor of V&V Building Services for any Restoration and Refurbishment. Victor and his colleagues are a great team of professionals and absolutely fantastic. I have had new flooring done, painting and decoration, new fixtures and fittings done by them . I have found Victor to be diligent, punctual, pleasantly polite, helpful, highly professional and competitive on price. He explained clearly the work to be undertaken and was very transparent with the costing of the material and labor. He went out of his way to get the materials before hand. Victor was accommodating in last minute alternations and their dedication to work to ensure an excellent finish, is second to none. Victor and his co-workers carried out the work efficiently and left the property in a clean and tidy manner with everything left in place as they found it. He fixed some pipes that were out of place which was also done with precision. They finished all the work a day ahead of our agreed deadline, all work was done to a very high standard and they were professional, efficient and focused. I was highly impressed by their attention to detail and dedication to ensure the work is done to a high standard. I would recommend Victor to anyone looking for a good builder without hesitation. I would definitely use him again myself in the future for both large and small projects. I'm really impressed with the work done and with their impressive work ethic. Highly recommend!!

So out of the 5 people I short listed I choose V & V. I choose them even though they had one rating. They gave me a very competitive quote for the work that needed to be carried out. Victor and his colleague very professional in both the they way in which they conducted themselves as well as the work they undertook. From start to finish, excellent in every way. They did a great job in both the bedrooms and I would certainly recommend them.

The team under Victors supervision has completed my entire bathroom, including installation of all units, bath, sink, toilet etc. Tiling, painted bathroom sealing. Also he had installed new front door with all the bells and whistles. Generally job has being done to a high standard. I'm very pleased with the prices and his attitude and attention towards a job.
