Victor and I worked together to plan our new bathroom and the final quote was satisfactory so work was started . Victor worked regularly and conscientiously to finish the job in just over a week as planned. During the dismantling of the original bathroom much extra work became apparent and the quote was modified reasonably to include much extra materials and work. The final result was a new bathroom to be proud of. Thanks Victor, and well done !!

Hired Victor for bathroom fitting. The quality of his work is not upto standards & he is unethical. The sealing is poor; radiator covers were not fixed; boxing of the pipes is poor; previous holes from moving w/c and wash basing not filled (see pictures). Warning to people to double check what his quote includes & ensure he doesn't demand more. His quote to us on record included materials. On the second day he casually mentioned £300 for materials indicating his material costs. After completion he demanded additional £300 for materials failing to show bills or provide explanation where it was used. He threatened my family (on record) that we will regret if we do not pay the additional £300. Illegally voice recorded our conversation. Had to pay up £300 to ward off threat. Insists that is the way tradespeople work & they would leave work undone if the demanded additional amount is not agreed to. Not responding to calls and messages for fixing things. Blocked my number.

Victor left our house this afternoon after spending 6 days referbing our bathroom! We are extremely happy with the work completed! He stuck to his quote and went above and beyond to deliver the best possible results! We will definitely be using his services in the future. He is also an extremely nice guy!!!
