We are really glad we chose V&V to do this job for us. He paid a lot of attention to our requirements when he came to quote and had plenty of good ideas. Other builders had estimated 4-5 weeks to complete the job but this company did it in just over 2 weeks. We went on a 2 week vacation just a few days after hiring V&V. They kept us updated on a daily basis with photos, phone calls and video calls. The work quality is very good and the house was left in a clean condition after the works. We will definitely use them again.

They did a good job in a short time frame. There were a few hiccups but they did their best to fix it. They made some good suggestions so I would recommend to spend enough time to discuss the scope and details before starting work. Their quote was reasonable but didn't include any basic materials so it was hard to estimate how much additional money needed to be spent. In hindsight, we would have prefer to get a price inclusive basic materials.

Victor and his gang worked on a complicated project in my mums house. Victor understood what we wanted and needed and gave us feedback and suggestions on everything. He was very helpful and the team he sent to the house to start and complete the house were lovely. They were extremely hard working, polite and incredibly clean. Victor isn't the cheapest available but spending a little extra for the work he delivers is not a problem at all. We feel at peace with the work he and his team have done. The quality is excellent. Would I use Victor again - YES!!!

60% of the work was completed to a good standard. On completion, the electricity had been tampered with, resulting in the lights not working. The doors had been painted to a poor standard(not sanded) and therefore began to peel. Victor was extremely dismissive and didn't take responsibility. In the bathroom, due to negligence carried out by Victor the cold water stopped working. Before work commenced, there was no issues with the water supply. I purchased an expensive marble centre piece for my bathroom was ruined was not fitted correctly and not handled with care. the piece was fitted the groat was not cleaned properly therefore resulted it permanently stained on the piece. When asked to finish these jobs correctly, it became a huge problem and he became very unprofessional and poor customer service. He didnt admit that these issues were due to his workers or himself and asking him to solve these issues became impossible. He became extremely rude and as I had paid him already, he demanded extra to complete the errors he had made. I will not recommended v and v services to anyone. He is unreliable, rude and does not finish the job properly. There was no professionalism. I've worked with several builders and v and v services were the worst I've come across. Further I had to pay a separate company to complete the work which he could /would not fix. Lastly, when I asked for my keys to be returned it took a considerable amount of time, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable

I don't usually bother to write feedback online, but I will do this for Victor as I am really pleased with what he has achieved in a short space of time. The finish of the work is superb. Both the kitchen and bathroom were fitted to a high standard. Flawless paintwork and carpentry work. Although a few problems did arise during the project, he managed to deal with it to our satisfaction. I am a very happy customer.

Victor and Victor were hired to renovate my kitchen and bathroom and supplied a competitive quote. In fact, I had money left in my budget to also renovate the rest of my flat: fitting new flooring and redecorating. I can't emphasise enough how great they were. They were so quick that I wasn't prepared for their speed and so they went above the call of duty, helping to pick up and source element s of the refurbishment as and when they were needed. The work was excellent. Everything was finished to a very high standard with an attention to detail that was far beyond what I could have hoped for. I made a few changes to the brief as time went on and these were done at reasonable cost and with no complaints. On inspection of the final work I found that they had made extra changes beyond what I had asked for to ensure that the finish was of a high standard - and I was delighted with it. They left the flat clean and tidy and the final bill was as expected with no nasty surprises. Both Victors were polite, helpful, communicative and worked hard and were great to deal with. I am so impressed with this firm and would use again and recommend without a second thought.

I'm very satisfied with the work . The standard of work is very high. Victor managed the project very well, they are very punctually.i had some issues with the kitchen delivery and wrong sizes. But victor come back on due time and made the necessary rectification in order to fitt, they have refurbished completely the whole flat while me and my whole family where still living there, they did an amazing job and a very good price, I would recommend them very highly.

It is hard to put into words how happy we are with Victor. From our first interactions he was always there to help and willing to talk about the project at any time of the day. Following a thorough walk round and discussion of the job, Victor provided us with a very competitive and thorough quote. Victor comes across as likable and insightful. After confirming that we would like to proceed (on a Sunday), Victor arranged for him and his team to start at the property the next day! The team worked very hard and with quality to ensure that we could move into our flat as soon as possible. Throughout the job Victor helped us by suggesting ideas for design, taking us to retailers to choose materials and even picking up a mirror we purchased. In regards to the work itself, Victor and the team have completely transformed our flat from a run down scabby shell to a high quality home for us to live in. They were always tidy and informed us of any unexpected costs and they do not demand full payment upfront. Even more incredible was the fast turnaround of the work, just 2 weeks to transform a big maisonette, whilst maintaining a high quality finish. I cannot recommend Victor highly enough and we will certainly be having him back for more work in the near future. I had a few quotes and Victors was the most resonable, he was very professional and friendly, the work he did on my rental property was excellent, he was also very patient with me when I kept adding and removing jobs before finally settling on the final quote. His team worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Victor and won't hesitate to use his services again .
