Great service, contacted Richardson gas who replied quickly, a price and date was agreed for a plume kit to be fitted. Kristian came out on time, very friendly and carried out the job efficiently. Also gave me advice surrounding my boiler. Will defo use again. The service you expect from a decent company, strongly recommend for any gas, boiler related issues

Excellent service from the Richardson Gas team, quoted a good price, found my gas pipe location wasn't to standard so took it back and re-piped away from the electrical socket, quick and painless, cleaned up after themselves , would recommend.

Worcester Bosch 1000 fitted. Neat job and cleaned up well afterwards. Really happy with the work.

Unvented was fitted neatly but there were some issues Flooding in the flat downstairs after install, which they came back and repaired. One of the pipes installed has covered the electrical switch so it's not accessible. I asked for a control pad to control the hot water settings/temperature, they installed the T-Smart Tesla control on the main immersion heater. It keeps breaking down and has been changed 4 times, and has stopped again. I asked them to replace it with some other control pad and even offered to pay extra for that, but they havent responded. Usually we have to use the booster manually each time we want hot water, and so heat it up at the premium peak rate price. This tsmart system that they recommended and installed is not fit for purpose. If they respond & replace the t-smart with something that works,or, if possible/safe change fused spur to a compatible 3 pin socket so I can connect a smart plug instead, I will amend the score.
