Very happy with my boiler replacement. Job was done very quickly and efficiently . Communication was good and they tidied up so well you wouldn’t know they had been working for 6 hours. Would definitely recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the service, quality of work, price and communication that we received from Kristian. We needed an existing boiler to be replaced and a number of radiators to be added, along with extensive pipe work, as well as a solution to the low pressure of hot water in our kitchen. After being repeatedly fobbed off and blanked for months by another engineer whose quote we had originally accepted, Kristian quoted a lower price, did the work within 3 weeks, precisely as promised and kept in touch throughout. No b***sh** either. I would not hesitate to employ Richardson heating again and would highly recommend them to anyone planning gas or plumbing work in the Dumbarton or Helensburgh area.

Great service and completed the job on time and very neatly

My gas central heating wasn't working efficiently in that nearly half my radiators were cold at the bottom. I was concerned at the increased cost to heat my home as a result of this. I knew the job might not be the easiest to fix so I advertised it together with an annual boiler service to make the job more attractive. Kristian responded and attended within 48hrs. Unfortunately he prioritised servicing the boiler although he did leave promising to give me an estimate for the remainder of the work and reassuring me I would be a priority He never came back. I tried contacting him usually without success but on one occasion he did return my call. On that instance I had to remind him who I was and about the outstanding job. He promised to call me back later that day and arrange a date for the following week. He didn't call back and the work is still outstanding.

Came within a couple of days and at the time agreed. Cleaned and serviced living flame fire which wasn’t working properly with stray flame. Good job

I would recommend Kristian for his good work in fitting a new combi-boiler for me. I found him to be professional in his work. He was very helpful and explained everything, and answered any questions that I had. He ensured that everything was tidied up before they left.

Kristian gave a realistic quote for the works and arrived on the agreed date/time. He and Jamie were polite and courteous throughout the visit and where he thought appropriate, explained what he was doing. Particularly impressed with his knowledge of the Rayburn (including how they are constructed in situ!). No hesitation in recommending Richardson Gas & Heating Engineers. J Murray
