His quote for the work was professional, itemised and left you in no doubt what you were receiving in terms of cost of kit and labour (other estimates I received from other companies lacked that level of detail).

A very personable individual who has a great work ethic.

The job was done in less than a day and if it wasn’t for the fact there is a new boiler in the cupboard and some warmth in my property I wouldn’t even know he had been. Yes, he really is that tidy.

Came out and did various checks on the boiler however, were unable to identify the problem. Seems it was an intermittent fault. On the plus side, it has been working again efficiently.

Posted job and when Kristian contacted me my boiler had literally stopped working that day. He rearranged his own work to prioritise visiting me to give a quote, was so helpful and accommodating. He agreed to do a couple of other minor jobs I needed done as part of the same quote. He was prompt, tidy, kept me informed of any changes or updates and did a great job. Highly recommended, trustworthy tradesman and a genuinely nice person to have in your home.

Kristian got the boiler working again real quick, however due to the old age of the boiler and its faulty heat exchanger it died again within 24 hours. I then arranged for boilercentral.com to install a new boiler (a combi this time) within a week.

Kristian was great, boiler works a treat and slaved away all day on his own from around 10 to near 6 in the afternoon on the hottest day I think we’ve had in Glasgow. If that’s not a testament to his work ethic and character. I don’t know what is. Pipework is fantastic and price wise I think it can’t be beaten. Would have him back to do more work in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

Turned up today at pretty short notice, did a full service on the living flame gas fire and boiler while also checking our hob, bled the radiators and didn’t leave until everything had been running. Great Service, Highly Recommended.

Kristian recently fitted a new boiler for us, converting the system to a combi and removing the hot water tank. Very happy with the job, and a totally reasonable quote with extended warranty too! Highly recommended! Job was complete in just under a days work!

We chose Kristian to supply and install a new boiler in a different location and install our new range cooker. Can’t praise him highly enough. He arrived on the day scheduled for quotation as arranged. Extremely professional from start to finish. Proper written quotation. Kristian and his colleagues arrived earlier than he expected. By lunchtime the old boiler was out an the new boiler was up. By the time I came home from work everything was almost finished, including repositioning of some pipework. Also cutting back and capping of redundant pipework and repairing another leaking pipe. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Kristian again or to recommend him and his colleagues to to others. I was extremely happy with the service I received, the boiler was installed as arranged and they cleared the area and left it as they found it removing the old boiler I would have no hesitation in employing Kristian and his team again.

Kristian and his team turned up Saturday morning to replace my 20 year old Baxi Solo 3 Boiler with an Ideal Logic Combi Boiler. They worked tirelessly for around six hours with only a short break, wearing masks while in our presence and putting on shoe coverings when entering and leaving the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and the place was left tidy and all waste was removed.

Kristian was great on communication, helped me save quite a lot of money on notifying me of an Amazon Prime sale that gave me much of the hardware I needed around half-prices, and the job was completed with great care, consideration, tidiness and very pleased with results. We replaced boiler to a new, much more efficient one (old one was failing regularly) - and implemented smart TRV's across every room, already allowing us to much more accurately control heating room-by-room at different points of the week.
Would heartily recommend Kristian's work and engaging him, and he took care to ensure COVID considerations also respected.

Kristian was very quick, helpfull and honest. It was identified there were two parts needed for my boiler. One quite expensive. Upon reading up on it he found out there is a fault with this type of boiler that can show it needs both parts. Kristian informed me of this and said he would try the cheapest part first, which worked. Very honest young man saved me over £300. Would definitely recommend him.

Kristian replaced my old combi boiler with a new boiler. I didn't have any particular make of boiler in mind so I was quoted for several different makes and models in order to help decide. Definitely recommend Kristian to everybody. Our flat has a 15 years old boiler with a twin flue system which has reached its end of the life in this particular cold winter. We asked a lot of engineers to quote and to get this replaced. Everyone is trying to rob us because we are suffering with no heating and also complained about this and that problem and says how difficult the job is without any constructive suggestions. But Kristian came with really good price and proposal and promise to restore it just as it used to be. On the other hand, he is very disciplined, honest and respectful, maybe because of previous experience in the army. Great respect. He finished everything nicely as he promised, replaced the boiler, get the plaster done, get the painting done and even get our warranty registered. We are just enjoying the whole process.

Absolute professional. Gave my fire a full service and replaced the part that was required. Fire is working the best it ever has since I bought it a few years ago. Nothing was a bother and very polite and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Job entailed moving gas heating boiler and re-routing gas supply tones hob as part of a kitchen refurbishment project. Whilst Kristian was not the cheapest I think he underlines the statement "you get what you pay for". His workmanship is of good quality and he arrives when he says he will. He also found a fault in the system which was legacy from the previous gas fitter. The system is now significantly more efficient. I will use Kristian for future maintenance checks.

Kristian was in contact over the holiday period and the job was schedule for as soon as the suppliers opened again. He came when he said he would and compleated the job in a timely and tidy manner. Would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him.

Very pleased with the work done and the price. Getting a part for the fire proved a bit tricky but Kristian kept us informed all the way through and also did the job in two visits so we could use the washing machine which was really appreciated. Would definitely use his services again.

Although Kristian had a problem with his car, he kept me informed and still managed to make it over to do the job. Unfortunately the fire I wished to be installed could not be, due to opening to fireplace being too small, Kristian was very helpful, polite and tidied up after himself, replaced the old fire, checked all was working and gave me options about what I could do next and what to look for. Said I could contact him if I needed advice. Paid for call out and inspection only. Would consider using him again.

A positive start when Kristian replied promptly to my post. From my initial post to completion of the job was less than 48 hours. Very happy with Kristian's work it was completed with little disruption within my house and he was very tidy in all aspects of the job. The repair of the fire proved a little trickier than expected but Kristian persevered with stripping back and repairing the component which saved me the cost of a new part.
