Hi John, Apologies I have only just picked up your review due to not being on MyBuilder that much anymore. Hope you had a good Christmas and new year. Sorry the disappointment with our services, as said we got held up on other jobs with unforeseeable issues that we couldn’t leave until sorted. I contacted you to let you know we were running late due to this. You the replied you had to go out so you cancelled the job. I then messaged apologising for any inconvenience caused and told you that I would contact you with my next availability, not for visiting the next week, I messaged you this on the 29/11 1423 (if you need to check). Again apologies for any inconvenience cause by this. I hope you managed to get it sorted, If not we are still more than happy to arrange and get this sorted for you as we know it’s hard to get specialists for the aga side or things.
