First time i have used this site kristian came out at short notice and removed a old gas fire for me very reasonably priced done the job very quicky no mess woud defo recommend

Our problem was small (though big to us!): a gas fire that wouldn't ignite or turn up full. After we'd made the appointment with Kristian my mobile phone developed a fault (technical problems never come singly!) which meant that Kristian couldn't get through and thought the job had been cancelled. When he found it was still on he had to rearrange his schedule. But he still arrived promptly right at the time agreed. The fault was not what he had originally thought and prepared for. But after an hour he had fixed it and our fire is now glowing and heating just like it used to. I wish all tradesmen were as reliable as Kristian!
