What can I say about Constantin and his team? Very professional and thorough. 1) On time and ready to work straight away 2) Don't slack off at all. They work hard, take a short lunch break, work hard again 3) Well priced 4) Clean and efficient 5) Left no debris or rubbish anywhere 6) Friendly and helpful 6) Customer service is amazing. When they laid the tiles, there was a simple mistake made with the flooring. This COULD have been covered up, or blagged, or anything. I wouldn't have known. But he takes pride in his work and is NOT a cowboy. For no extra cost to me (and definitely extra cost to him) - he took up all the tiles - found where I had bought my tiles from (online) - drove to Kettering (a good 70 miles from me) - bought replacement tiles exactly like the ones I had - drove back and relaid the floor Brilliant guy, no complaining, calm and collected at all times, and confident in his work. Our bathroom looks excellent. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you Constantin and Unics. Your work was brilliant.

We were looking to transform our garden by building a nice patio and pergola. I wanted to find a no-nonsense builder and was looking for a hassle-free experience (there are lots of cowboys out there calling themselves as builders). Constantin’s quotation was fair and his references were positive hence decided to give him the job. He committed to finishing the job by a specific date and he didn’t let me down. He finished the job before the scheduled date despite the bad weather. He has a very hard-working team and a positive outlook. I am so pleased with the output (much better then what I had imagined). He went above and beyond what was expected by picking up the sandstone slabs for me, offered me free red bricks for creating border (saved me some money). He also resolved a home emergency for me when one of the under floor hot water pipes burst and water started seeping through ceiling. I was waiting for the home emergency cover guys to turn up and they didn’t. I asked Constantin for help and he resolved it in a couple of hours. He is honest, and his knowledge and experience is evident when you speak to him and see his work. I rate him very high, the best builder I have come across so far. I wish him luck for his future assignments as he will win a lot of new jobs. I just hope he finds time to do my next projects
