I have used a lot of builders over the years, however it's been my first time coming across someone as professional and helpful as Constantin. He really made life easy for me. He picked my order of materials for me, was very prompt, knew exactly what he was doing and extremely clean. He vacummed the room which he was working on throughout the day to ensure it was always spotless. The flooring installation itself looks immaculate. He also fixed our leaking boiler and screwed on the tv brackets as a gesture of goodwill. Constantin really demonstrated a great level of knowledge and skill across his work. He is a genuine and trustworthy guy that offered us a very fair price for the work. I Couldn’t recommend him more highly & will definitely be using him for all our future jobs!

An outstanding piece of work! And good service. Consta and his team were professional, polite and reliable. We do not have a side entrance to the garden so they had to come through the house. We were concerned about our newly papered walls as they transported fence panels. From the moment I let them in, they laid a thick lining on the floor neatly, and took care when moving stuff - we had no problems. Consta has a good work ethic and is easy to talk to. He informed me when some decisions were required (most workmen just install things and don't give you a choice). He was aware of boundary issues and respectful to the neighbours the plants. They cleaned up thoroughly and left the house and garden beautifully tidy. He even did a couple of little extras free of charge. Our job for 3 fences started and finished on schedule and was done to a good quality. Consta clearly takes pride in his work and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Unics for similar jobs.

Constantin and his team did a great job throughout the house. The installed an engineered wood and leveled everything to perfection. They have also installed the tiles in the toilet floor and the skirting boards. Upon completion of all works the team cleaned the house and did a final inspection to their own work. Would definitely call them again in the future and recommend them for their high quality job. Alex

BOTH FENCE PANELS LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW! Constantin and his team were accurate for the quote, came on time, did the job nicely, collected all rubbish (as planned) and left on time. Most importantly for me, they did not sulk and were happy to get along with the work (sometimes people quote and then are not happy whilst working). He was smiling and was a pleasant nature. He was explaining the work as was going along. I shall have no issues in recommending him to my friends and hiring him again. Thanks once again.
