Total home Roofing&building reviews (136)

I would like to highly recommend Terry and his father. Very professional service, prompt reply and an honest appraisal of the roof repairs. The repairs were completed on time using new components, all of the old waste materials were disposed of and the area left clean. I was kept apprised of all the work being carried out. There were some additional issues that Terry quickly brought to my attention then sorted for a small and fair additional fee. Very satisfied with the choice of company chosen. I had cheaper quotes but the level of knowledge and professionalism shone through.

Exceptional quality work. Terry was repairing a badly done done by another builder. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I'm delighted that there are no leaks any longer. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Very respectful behaviour as well.

Terry and his colleague were professional, considerate and pleasant, they arrived on time, described each stage of the job carefully and completed the work to a high standard.I was was also impressed when they identified and corrected a fault in previous work. I can recommend Total home roofing&building to anyone looking for a quality job!

Highly Recommended and would definitely use them again! Professional, punctual and did a thorough job. We are really pleased with the work Total home roofing and building did on our chimney repointing.

I’m very impressed with the service we’ve received. Terry responded to my inquiry & provided a detailed and fairly priced quote same day (leaky roof investigation). He’s communicated well at every stage and turned up exactly when he said he would. Terry was very professional and friendly, worked meticulously and cleaned up all signs he’d ever been there. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service, totally professional. Gave me an itemized quote. Brilliant communication, friendly, helpful. I am so pleased with the work they did on my roof. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with Terry's prompt reply, his knowledge of the work involved, the effort he took to source the product I wanted, how quickly he slotted the job in, his cautiousness. He was able to show his PL insurance on request, and was polite and friendly. He has left his card and I would have no hesitation in asking him to do work in the future or recommending him to friends.

Terry and his team turned up on time on the day they said they would. Very good job done, friendly people, efficient and polite. Would highly recommend to anyone who has need of roofers (pitched). My roof was a combination of different pantiles which had not been well laid, i now have a lovely roof and clean well done valleys.

Terry and his Dad were swift and thorough in inspecting the job, providing a quote and carrying out the work. They are friendly, polite and tidy and have been very easy to have around. They communicate well, explaining what they would be doing at the start of each day and happy to discuss options. They are head and shoulders above anyone from the building trades we have used before. We have more work to do and will be asking them to carry it out.

Prompt and thorough Quote. Started and finished on time to a good standard. Would recommend.
