He’s communicated well at every stage and turned up exactly when he said he would. Terry was very professional and friendly, worked meticulously and cleaned up all signs he’d ever been there. I was very happy with Terry's prompt reply, his knowledge of the work involved, the effort he took to source the product I wanted, how quickly he slotted the job in, his cautiousness. He was able to show his PL insurance on request, and was polite and friendly. He has left his card and I would have no hesitation in asking him to do work in the future or recommending him to friends.

My roof was a combination of different pantiles which had not been well laid, i now have a lovely roof and clean well done valleys.

Arrived dead on time for both quotation & to commence work, ( not the norm in my experience ) explained what needed to be done and completed quickly. Everything tidied up afterwards and would seem the problem is solved. Very happy with the whole experience - would definitely recommend and use again
