I am delighted with the finished job. I would not hesitate to recommend Terry and am happy to provide a reference if required. I would definitely use this company again. We ended up having the guttering replaced as well, since it was pointless to put the old stuff back up. The work was done on time for a good price. It was done in a very professional manner, and Terry's experience clearly showed in the quality workmanship. Communication was good and they tidied up at the end of each day. Brilliant! Responded quickly to enquiry. Did a professional assessment including a full inspection. Gave advice based on his observations. Agreed what needed to be done and got a quote the same day. Did the job within three days and did exactly as promised. The guys were efficient, friendly and overall did an excellent job. All excess and old materials removed and the site left very clean and tidy. Would definitely use again for other work and would recommend to other people looking fo a fast and professional job.

I used Terry because he offered me a longer term solution to the problem rather than a quick fix. Terry and his father worked hard throughout the project, and came in on quote and on time. The job was completed in good time and finished to a high standard. I would recommend this company who offer a professional and friendly service. But the most important issue was the leaks in the roof and around the front windows which are now fixed.

Terry priced the chimney repointing work reasonably, and the friendly father & son team turned up exactly on time, working diligently to finish the job to good standard in one day.

Mr. Loveridge did a very accurate diagnosis of the cause of the leak, supported by photos and my own inspection of the damaged area under the roof. He completed the repair from first contacting to finishing the job within four hours which included him purchasing the pantiles needed which saved me from more damage caused by the broken tiles as we are in the rainy season. He clearly explained how the repair would be done supported by more photos as job was completed. His fees were fair and professional. He is everything one wishes for in a reliable, honest tradesman. I strongly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again
