Communication was fab, and as far as I can tell has done what the said he was going to do. Work comes with a 3 year warrenty, so let's hope it holds up against the test of time! Would recommend.

Although I originally asked about the chimney stack repairs , I also had them sort the porch lead work out and a small felt repair .Terry and his dad were totally brilliant in sorting everything out and the extra jobs too , scaffolding came and was expertly erected as I watched it all go up and true to his word Terry and dad came , worked hard and got the job done as they had said . I unfortunately had to dash off to hospital and stayed in for 3 days with a pacemaker fitted . Terry was great , yes the job was done but I could not pay them , he called me and just said no worries just get well and we will sort out when I am better payment . They are a very good and professional team and would highly recommend them for jobs and I would definitely use them again . Mr Ian Mann .

A thorough review of the whole roof was made, rather than just the area that was in obvious need of repair. During the work further problems were identified with rotting wood and we were able to get the whole work on the roof completed and secure for the future. The workmen were also very courteous and considerate. I have been passing on this firms card to others who either have or could have roof problems in the future. Very satisfied!

Terry knew straight away what was causing the problem and within a few hours the job was completed and feel positive that it has rectified the problem. I would like to highly recommend Terry and his father. Very professional service, prompt reply and an honest appraisal of the roof repairs. The repairs were completed on time using new components, all of the old waste materials were disposed of and the area left clean. I was kept apprised of all the work being carried out. There were some additional issues that Terry quickly brought to my attention then sorted for a small and fair additional fee. Very satisfied with the choice of company chosen. I had cheaper quotes but the level of knowledge and professionalism shone through.
