From the first contact Tim and his team from T.I.M. building & maintenance could not have been easier to deal with. On time, fully itemised & competitive quote. Mick his tradesman completed all aspects of the job to a very high standard. They even turned out to a unrelated burst pipe in the upstairs bathroom and arrived within 20 minutes. Tim originally quoted for just the bathroom remodelling but it was apparent that he had the ability and workforce to do more than just this. The original job is now complete to an excellent standard and he and his team are currently converting my garage into a laundry room and studio. All the way through Tim has been patient and accommodating while dealing with changing instructions, increasing workloads and tight deadlines. The guys working on the various jobs have all been prompt, polite and helpful. There has been nothing promised that hasn't been delivered. There have been regular updates meetings to check on progress and see what new jobs need doing. The jobs so far completed have all come in within the initial budget. These are some of the hardest working people I've seen. I would very much recommend T.I.M. building and maintenance to anybody looking for an all-round building and maintenance service.
