Tim was the third quote, my insurance company asked for. They were really messing me about and made me wait 6 months to fix my wetroom. When Tim came round to give me a quote, he called my insurance company immediately and spoke on my behalf. They paid attention and agreed to pay for the work needed. I was so thankful to Tim for getting involved. He was extremely professional and knew how to deal with the crooked insurance company .

You know how having jobs done in/on the house is often a total nightmare? Well, this was a different experience. Tim and his team were genuinely considerate, polite and friendly; they were a pleasure to have in our home. Excellent communication throughout, with a timely and detailed initial quote. Any other jobs we need doing, we'll definitely be back in touch. We are thrilled with our lovely new bathroom.

I cannot fault Tim and his colleagues for the job they completed for me on revamping my back bedroom. From the first time I met Tim, as he came round to give me my quote I felt really at ease, and confident that he would do a great job...and I wasn't disappointed!! From the initial quote, to completing the job took just under 2 weeks, which I was amazed at, along the way there was a couple of problems (my doing, not Tim's) that he was able to resolve without any fuss, including re jigging his colleagues workloads to ensure the flooring was completed on the day we originally agreed on. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his colleagues for the work they have done for me (inc. plumbing, joinery and laying laminate flooring). In fact I am looking to hire him for my next revamp in the New Year. Thanks for everything!!

We have had almost our entire house renovated by T.I.M. building and maintenance including kitchen, two bathrooms and plastering throughout. We would, and are already, recommending this company to anyone, whatever size job it is. The quality of work, attention to detail and customer service was second to none with an exceptional level of professionalism. Specific highlights include high quality plastering, tiling, bathrooms and the level of communication. You can rely on Tim and his team to take ownership of your project and trust him to deliver high quality. We will be having them back for future work.

For our complete bathroom refurbishment we chose all the items ourselves and submitted scale diagrams and descriptions to several local bathroom companies and builders on MyBuilder.com. Of those who provided quotes, only T.I.M building and maintenance ltd were able to tackle all aspects of the work. It was for this reason, and because of their excellent reviews on MyBuilder.com that we chose this company to carry out the project. We were absolutely delighted with the final result. All of the team were friendly, professional and extremely competent in their respective trades; added to this was Tim Taylor’s acute attention to detail in all matters concerning the work, especially the tiling, which included a wide mosaic feature which was very fiddly to get right. They took extreme care to protect areas of the house they needed for access, and tidied up at the end of each day. Where decisions were needed, we were advised of the issues involved and possible solutions but, ultimately, we were in control of the project. Major building works are always daunting prospects, but if you are looking for someone to complete your project to the highest standards, then we can fully endorse all the positive comments on this website regarding T.I.M building and maintenance ltd. We recommend them 100% and would happily employ them again.

I am so pleased I did my research and used my builder.com. From the initial visit Tim was really impressive and we immediately knew he was the man for us. Tim took the time to explain the different options of what could be done with our outdated family bathroom. He gave us step by step explanations of how the renovations plans would roll out. At very start all floors were covered, which meant my carpets were in perfect condition when work was completed. Tim has an excellent team of guys working for him, all very friendly and skilled and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. The team were there everyday until the job was completed. Thanks to Liz in the office also. The standard of the tiling is fabulous and we now now what precision is! The mosaics are very tricky to do well, the time Tim spent was well worth the effort, so thank you. Tim returned several times to finish off and the finished bathroom is excellent and the attention to the minute finishing detail outstanding. Tim ensured everything was as he had promised at the start and we thank him so much for that. To top it all he is a lovely guy and we will definitely have T.I.M building and maintenance back for any future jobs. We would highly recommend this skilled, highly qualified team!

Brilliant company! Nothing was too big or too small. Completed the work quickly and kept in contact the whole time. I would highly recommend these guys! We are delighted with the work.

Tim and his team were great guys to work with. The damage to my property caused by the original installation job done by Tesco Bathrooms was extensive. The shower cubicle was damaged with tiles coming off the wall. This means water was seeping through the tiles and down into the walls of my living room everytime anyone showered. My living room is directly beneath the bathroom and therefore was experiencing property damage to the walls of my living room. Tim and his team had to strip the walls of my living room as well as the bathrooms cubicle and tiles. They re-installed a new cubicle, an extractor fan, new flooring, new lights (basically modernized my bathroom). As for my living room, they stripped the walls right back to the brick and replastered. They did all this within a few days and several cups of tea. I cannot overstate how professional and helpful Tim and his team were. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I am thoroughly impressed with the work they've done and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat with utmost confidence.
