Tim and is team have done a fantastic job to my bathroom removing a show base and replacing it with a shower bath also layed new flooring replacing tiles.Tim is very precise with is work and nothing is to much trouble when they had finished the job everything was left clean and tidy i would not hesitate to hire tim for any other job that i might need doing in the future. Thanks for everything tim. .

Realistic pricing. Kept informed of progress of the work. Final result is excellent. would have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his team.

We required a full bathroom suite including cabinets and shower fitting including tiling and a new window and flooring. We cannot recommend T.I.M building enough, we will admit we have paid very cheap for builders before and regretted it. Although T.I.M building wasn't the cheapest quote it certainly wasn't the most expensive either. In fact it was very reasonable for the work done. Having got several quotes for our job this was the only person we intended to do the work purely based on customer service and confidence from our initial meeting and quote. The job wasn't rushed and was done to extremely high standards with everything having attention to detail. Tim is a perfectionist and his work shows this. We valued his experience and he offered really good advice about how to do things but checked throughout that we were happy, which we were glad we listened as we were thoroughly impressed with the outcome. We were kept informed about any issues or cost throughout the job. Every day his team cleaned up after theirselves and were also very punctual and always turned up on time. We honestly cannot fault anything that was done and we will certainly be using him again for future work. 5 Star work for a very reasonable price.

Tim has just finished converting a bathroom into a wet room. He has done a fantastic job. Tim has been a complete professional from start to finish. Tim started the job on the date he had organised with me and arrived on time everyday until the work was finished. He explained it would take 5 days to complete and everything was finished within this timeframe. The work was carried out at a very emotional time for my mother in law and to have a builder in her home who was so caring and efficient made all the difference. I would not have any hestition to get him to do more work for me if I or any of my family needed a builder. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone requiring a Builder.

I have just had my bathroom completely refitted by Tim and his team and all I can say is Wow! I am absolutely blown away by the result; it looks amazing. I explained what I wanted, the styles I like and the budget I had then left it to Tim to chose the: toilet, sink, bath, taps, cabinet and the tiles. Tim has surpassed himself with the products he chose and the tiles are the perfect colour. Tim also offered valuable advice regarding where was best to spend the budget I had; he didn't try to force me to 'upgrade' to higher value products- he thinks about what is best for the customer. The team are very skilled and the finish and attention to detail is outstanding, I wanted complicated shelving incorporated into the design and the result is stunning. I was, also, impressed by the fact that nothing is too much trouble, any 'niggles/queries' were sorted out straight away (including Tim popping round at 10.30pm on one occasion), in my opinion Tim goes above and beyond. Would I employ T.I.M building and maintenance ltd again? Yes I would... in fact I already have and am awaiting another quote for further home improvements.

Just wanted to leave some feedback for Tim who's just finished two shower rooms that we've been waiting to have done for ages, but had never found someone that I wanted to do the job, despite having 7 other quotes, bearing in mind that I needed to give someone a housekey for 4 weeks. Tim was punctual, friendly and quickly made me confident that he had the same view on quality as I, and he made some sensible suggestions based on my ideas, as well as adding in some other great insights as to what would work well. We talked around some ideas and as a certified wet room installer Tim advised that a wet room would be within my relatively small budget. Once the work started (on the day advised) his team were friendly, courteous and very tidy. We had one room done after another and the whole experience has been stress free, and we've been left with a top quality job, and the wet room is out of this world, with underfloor heating, automatic lights and built in ceiling mounted Bluetooth speakers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim and his team to anybody, and have asked him to quote me for further work on my house. Once you find a good tradesman, never lose their number.

New shower unit and modifications along part re-tiling to en suite which were done to a very high standard. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Other builders had not been interested in this type of work and only wanted to do a complete strip out and refurbishment. Tim Taylor completed the job and produced an en suite that looks like new. The work was priced competitively and kept within the quote. Would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Work completed to a high quality, to the estimate and to the scheduled timetable. All staff were considerate. Very happy and would use again.

My experience with Tim has been nothing short of fantastic. We’re first time buyers so used this site to find a recommended person within the area - from the off set, Tim & his team have been friendly, helpful and professional, making the process so much easier for us both. Our bathroom was in a terrible state and Tim has done an amazing job with the whole refurbishment, going above and beyond to ensure we were left with the perfect bathroom. Throughout, Tim kept us up to date with progress, answered any questions we had and ensured we were happy with everything he was doing.
