I hired Rafal and his team to do a variety of refurbishment work on my flat in London, including: complete refurb of kitchen (new floor, new extractor, lights, splashback tiling, new counters, sink and tap, painting); installing and painting 4 new firedoors; painting 6 sash windows; electrics certificate and install of new consumer unit. The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. Rafal himself pays a lot of attention to detail and I found him and his team a pleasure to work with. I changed aspects of the work as it progressed and Rafal was very flexible in accommodating these changes in direction and last minute requirements. I would definitely recommend Unlimited Services and look forward to working with them on future projects.

We can reiterate all the positive reviews Rafal and team have collected on mybuilder.com so far - they _are_ professionals, with good attention to detail. Painting is top-class, wooden floor was laid with minimal wastage. They managed to always suggest a solution (even where it had to be a compromise solution) for a few tricky tasks. They agreed to do a few extra smallish tasks at no extra cost which we did not discuss beforehand - they are more interested to leave a happy customer than to strictly stick to they've signed up for. One minor note is that they've set the deadline to finish the project on a Friday and had to accelerate a bit for a couple of days - so rushed a little bit leaving one small well-hidden place not painted. Would definitely consider working with Rafal again. Thanks!

We came across Unlimited Services when our "recommended" builder messed up completely and we were looking for a company to fix it. Because of the previous experience, we were very wary at first however Rafal and Marcin proved that it is posible to find a professional and reliable building company. Not only they fixed bits and bobs after the cowboy builder but also they put in a beautiful kitchen. They both had a great attention to details, "can-do" attitude, always listened to us and offered advice when needed. During the refurbishment, they kept our house tidy and always cleaned after themselves which not many builders do. We also liked the fact that they were able to offer all services like plumbing, painting ect so we didn't need to look elsewhere. To sum up, they did a great job and we will definitely use their services again! Ania & Piotr

Rafal and his team are excellent. Their work is to a very high standard, they are hard working and honest. Rafal won't spring any surprises or cut corners and is full of good ideas and advice. He has just finished painting and decorating, laying a wooden floor and installing a toilet and bathroom. I am about to have him install my kitchen since I know I can trust him to do a good job. I wold recommend contacting him first before looking elsewhere. If you're lucky, because everyone wants him, you'll get him to work for you too.

Rafal has a very high standard of work. He did all he could to help me with sorting out the work that was needed on my house. It was a great pleasure to have him and his man doing the work. I was truly sorry when the work was over and I had to say goodbye to them all.

Rafal was punctual, efficient, friendly, kept sanding dust to a mimium and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

I am delighted with the work completed by Rafal, he was always helpful, punctual and professional, and communicated well about any problems arising. I had been very nervous about using a builder in London, and as a lot of my family are master craftsmen I have very high expectations of good quality work. I am so relieved that the experience has been entirely positive and will use Rafal for other jobs as the need arises. He offered excellent value for money.

We again chose to proceed with Unlimited Services for this job and were again very happy with the job done. The spec was not easy as the job was half finished by a cowboy who disappeared. However, the team at Unlimited Services dealt with the tasks very well, and completed to a high standard.

For me the most stressful & annoying thing are builders. I've never in my time come across an honest, trustworthy builder, everyone from an electrician to a British Gas engineer. Also the work is never on budget nor does it meet the deadline. All this changed when Rafal (Unlimited Services) contacted me. He was shortlisted and contacted me within the hour, which was already a good sign. Within days Rafal had been on site and emailed me a detailed offer for a new kitchen; paint the entire flat, electrical work etc. which I accepted.  Rafal and Martin (his colleague) started work on the agreed date. When the kitchen was ripped out Rafal found that there was damp and water leaking into the kitchen from the garden and informed me straight away and told me how much it would cost to fix the problem. Problems were always discussed and actions agreed before anything was done. Rafal even drove me to IKEA a few times which was a nice touch as I cant think of anything more stressful then buying a kitchen in IKEA. I even left his contact details for delivery. Overall I was extremely happy with the level of service & the quality of work. Was it over budget? Yes, but it was worth every penny as the additional work had to be done. The end result is fantastic; the flat has gone from mid market to top end. I would not hesitate to recommend Rafal and Martin; in fact I have already given his details to 2 close friends. Rafal and Martin completed an excellent job. They refitted our kitchen and bathroom. The gave us a good quote and stuck to the agreed budget and timescales. Our kitchen looks great. Rafal made some good suggestions, helped us solve problems and worked really hard. I would recommend them to others and would have them back for future work. They are friendly and easy to have in the house.
