Rafal and his team did a great job decorating my house. As a result I asked him to do more work, including laying a reclaimed parquet floor, which looks brilliant. I would definitely recommend Rafal.

Reliable, friendly, punctual and honest. I cannot recommend Rafal enough! I hired Rafal initially to carry out the small kitchen tiling job but, following a change of tenants, it was clear that the whole flat needed to be repainted. This work is booked for later in the month once I have windows replaced. I also hired Rafal tocarry out some maintenance work on the shared area outside the flat. Mine is one of 18 flats in a private block. Rafal re-roofed the sheds, including the hiring of a skip and removal of asebestos. He also replaced the two large bin-shed doors and painted them. I am currently living outside of the UK and Rafal took time to scan invoices to send to me as well as frequent telephone calls to let me know about certain details (e.g. when he needed to spend a little more on materials or to let me know that the tiles are now made a little thicker and to ask my preference for cutting new ones to size). The work has been carried out to a high standard and competitively priced. I will definitely be using Rafal and his team again for further maintenance work on our block of flats. I had some issue with the quality of the finish and felt the job was rushed towards the end. For example, no taping around light switches or halogens etc meaning I had to clean them individually. I feel the price he gave was too low initially and I would have paid more for a better end result as corners have clearly been cut (for example they filled parts of a wall but due to lack of time did not sand properly meaning it now looks 'lumpy'. I also objected to being given very little notice of when payment was required. Usually, I would be asked one day and then chased the next (bear in mind I am transferring electronically). Overall, I think their attitude was positive but would not use them again simply due to the fact the finish is sub standard.

Rafal and his team are very helpful and committed to their work. I would definitely use Rafal again. He has a positive "can do" attitude and approach about the tasks given to him and his work. I would definitely use Rafal again.

Very friendly, remained in contact throughout and completed a very professional job (despite all the many holes in the wall!!). I will be hiring Rafal again once my tenants have moved out.

Rafal did an excellent job with replacing the tiles behind the toilet. The work was done to a high standard and you can't see a difference between the old and new tiles. I would definitely hire Rafal for future tiling jobs!

Rafal and his colleague started work at the agreed time, with minimal fuss. His work was done efficiently, with the agreed work completed within one day rather than the two days agreed. Bathroom instulation. The project was carried out efficiently, skillfully and to a very high standard. Thay worked hard and did some realy long days. The results are wounderfull. We intend to use Rafal again.
