In 2012 I under took a project which consisted in converting a 18th century building into a public cinema with a library, café and bar. The entire existing premises had to be completely stripped out and refurbished. The project was divided in two phases: phase one was the completion of the library and the café bar. Within a couple of months all works were completed and we were open for business on schedule. On the successful completion of phase one I was absolutely confident that Unlimited Services were the team for phase two: the completion of an industry standard 40 seat sate-of-the-art cinema, all together a very different and specialist undertaking due to the technical requirements of such a space. Needless to say again I was extremely happy with the results, Rafal and his team took a great deal of pride in their work and again we were open for our first public screening on schedule. We have now been running the cinema for two years and are constantly complemented by press and public alike for the comfort and quality of the auditorium. Rafal's professionalism and project management was of an impeccable standard. I was regularly supplied with thorough development reports. His dialogue with my team and I was always congenial, considerate, thoughtful and respectful. Rafal managed a talented team of tradesmen who operate on a very high standard of skill on all levels, his attention to detail was flawless and if there were any technical difficulties he always presented us with resourceful solutions. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Unlimited Services to anyone about to undertake a construction project be it cultural, commercial or domestic. I needed a new kitchen, with new ceiling, flooring, wiring and plumbing. Rafal gave me a ballpark figure which was not the cheapest. I chose him because I could see that he knew what he was talking about and that he really cared about doing a good job. He and his team did a great job and it ended up being really good value for money. And he's a really friendly, nice guy.

Excellent job by Rafal and his team. Really made you feel like he cared about the job, always checking the progress with myself every step of the way. They always arrived when they said they would, and always kept their gear tidy, especially at the end of every day when they never left any mess what so ever. Very pleased with outcome, would thoroughly recommend, and would definitely use again in the future.

Rafal and his team, did exactly what they promised. They refitted a new kitchen, had to do some flooring, plumbing, plastering and electrical work and did a brilliant job and paid attention to every little detail. The quality of the job done was much higher than we ever expected. What he promised he delivered and never had a problem with all our small demands and ideas :o) When ever a problem occurred, they had the experience to sort it out in a professional way and would never panic - As we might have done :o) We are very happy with the job they did, and would not hesitate to use them again for any other jobs and can highly recommend Rafal and his team. Rafal was very careful and thorough. He refitted my bathroom and laid a new kitchen floor very well.

Highly recommended - Rafal, Machin and Adam were brilliant. Rafal's initial quotation was the cheapest, but it was their attention to detail and ongoing support that really made the difference. In the end, we decided to have 3 rooms and our hallway replastered/repainted and all the skirting boards/coving/door frames replaced. They kept the mess to a minimum and worked really efficiently to a very high standard. No small additional requests were any trouble and Rafal always kept us informed about progress. With their high level of care and attention, it really felt like it was their home that they rennovating. Their work has completely transformed our flat and we are very grateful to them. One of our neighbours came to have a look at the work that they had undertaken and she decided immediately to contact Rafal for a big refurbishment. They are a very friendly bunch and made the experience very easy. I wouldn't hesistate in using them again. Thanks very much!

We got Rafal to refurbish our 2br apartment: hack walls for open-concept kitchen, install a new kitchen and bathroom, build under-stairs storage and tv console and paint the house. We were most impressed by how Rafal was very honest and aboveboard. There were times where he could take the easy way out without us knowing. Instead he chose to do the right thing and do things properly as if he was refurbishing his own home. This earned our trust and we did let him run things independently without much intervention with good results. We ran into problems with our initial plans and had to change our design but he was flexible enough to work with new constraints. He is experienced and managed to spot/solve quite a bit of problems we had not envisaged initially. He also came up with suggestions on how to rectify them in a economical way which definitely helped with our costs. Little to say on the negative side. His planning was superb at the start and a lot was achieved in the 1st 2 weeks. However, when the project was about to finish with a couple more things outstanding, he embarked on another project and we had the impression that the time management between the 2 projects became a bit tricky for him. His quote was not the cheapest but we are glad we have chosen him as we are very happy with the result of the refurbishment. Definitely recommend him for peace of mind.

Rafal and his team did a very good job in installing a new kitchen and completing some simple joinery tasks. Although the job took longer than originally estimated, Rafal's team were very professional, and the jobs were completed to a high standard. A complex kitchen installation (involving rebuilding of the pipe and electricity infrastructure) was done methodically with no shortcuts -with the result that a cheap and cheerful kitchen has been made to look high end due to Unlimited Services' work. They were also able to turn their hand to carpentry, installing fire doors and building two cabinets to a high standard. The team are very pleasant to have around, and have a 'can do' attitude. I thoroughly recommend them for similar jobs.

Rafal put a clothes rail into a large wardrobe for us. Trickier than it sounds, Rafal did the job perfectly and was pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend Rafal.
