Stephen was very prompt in replying to my request for a plumber/handyman, and I chose him because of all the positive feedback on his profile. It's daunting to trust an unknown person into your house, and soon realised that with all Stephen's positive feedback, they can't all be wrong. He came over that afternoon to inspect the job; he then went to purchase the materials and then came to carry out the repairs. He worked late (until about 9:30pm) but made sure that all was repaired and I was happy. I highly recommend Stephen. He is a caring, trusting young man and has done a good job. (I say trusting, because he went out and bought the materials with his own money, and carried out the job without a deposit from me. There was never a question about money). I also like the fact that he constantly contacted me with his whereabouts and to let me know exactly what time he'll be coming and if he's delayed. That's important to me because there are thousands of people who could have done this job, but only one man who came across as very trustworthy. Stephen. Good plumber. I had water filter and water softener connection leaks. Stephen reconnected them and no leaks so far. Recommended.

Stephen did a great job fitting our white goods and plumbing in our belfast sink. He came out the same day and stayed late to make sure the job was completed. Lovely guy and obviously knows his trade well. Will definitely be using Stephen again if we have any plumbing issues.
