We arranged an initial meeting but Stephen was not able to attend but kept us informed. No problem! Obviously busy (a good sign for a tradesman!) Stephen visited and gave us a reasonable price for the work, not the cheapest, but we felt confident that he was the right person to work on our house. Stephen arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. We were very happy with the job and Stephen obviously is a very professional tradesman and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left (another sign of a good tradesman).
