This was my first time hiring a plumber and I'm glad I chose Stephen as he did a great job. I had an issue with water leaking from what I thought was my upstairs bathroom into my downstairs toilet walls. The walls were damp and getting bigger daily. Stephen answered my job, called me straight away and we organised for him to be over the next morning first thing. He identified the problem straight away and then went to buy the replacement parts. He fixed the problem and went over and above, explaining why the problem existed and how he was fixing it. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about hiring Stephen.
