Craig and Tom fitted us a new complete bathroom. From start to finish they worked hard to a high standard. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I wouldn't think twice about having them back to do any future work for me. They put in the hours everyday, always cleared up before leaving and were very polite and friendly. To top it all off they are very reasonably priced too, what more can you ask for.

Craig and Tom are both top guys and have completed the bathroom to a high standard. There were a number of difficulties which they managed to sort out (false ceiling on a sloping skeiling). There were a few rough edges which we noticed after completion but Craig was more than happy to pop back and sort out. The main problem was timing, with it taking much longer than quoted to complete the job. Once the job had run over we were fitted in here and there between other jobs. Having said that Craig has decided to allow more time for complete refits. All in all we're really pleased with a quality job at a good price. I definitely recommend big taps to friends and family.

I'm not a big lover of plumbers. I've suffered with unreliability, rip off prices & shoddy workmanship in the past. However, Big Taps are a breath of fresh air. I agreed a start date with Craig (New bathroom suite, radiator & tiling) and as agreed his assistant Tom turned up on time. Now Tom looks too young to be an experienced bathroom fitter/tiler but by golly this lad can work. With travelling he was working over 10 hours a day and was only taking 10 minutes for his lunch. He is polite and nothing is too much trouble for him. Dust sheets were placed in the bathroom hall & stairway & Tom always took off his boots when entering lounge etc. He is so tidy & methodical & his tiling skills are just as good as any professional tiler. I am in my 60s and for the first time I can honestly say that Craig's company is by far the best plumbers I have employed. Craig tells me that he employed Tom as he works to the same standards as himself. Having experienced Tom's work I have to say that Big Taps will take some beating for quality. You're never too old to learn and from now on I will only be employing tradesmen who have received good feedback on sites like My Buider. Oh, by the way Craig's rates are very competitive & you won't get ripped off by him. Craig you have a gem in Tom. Hold onto him at all costs.

Craig responded to by request within minutes of it being published on My Builder. His enthusiasm for the job continued throughout. A competitive price was offered and communication was good. Tom was our tiler and the end result is a very professional job that is admired my all that have seen it. I would recommend Big Taps to anyone and will be using them again on my next project.

I was exceptionally please with big taps plumbing. The service was excellent they were very professional and brilliant to deal with. Should I need a plumber in the future I will be going straight to them.

Having struggled to find a plumber who didn't quote me a price that was parts bought at trade and then priced to me at way about retail price price,or one who was so busy he couldn't fit me in for three months i turned to this website ,i put in what the job was and waited,i didnt have long to wait before Craig quoted a price,i briefly chatted on the phone and liked what i heard, i was quoted a very competitive price,Tom started work on time(it was even his 21st birthday, how dedicated is that) ,second day he didn't leave till 6.10pm,only took a 15 minute dinner break,asked permission when needed,polite and smiled always,worked non stop and kept his work area(my house) clean of his rubble and dust,did a brilliant job both fitting the shower and tiling the walls and now i have a shower to be proud of,he ran into a third day for a few extra hours due to having to strengthen Joists but extra wasn't added to the bill as i was asked for exactly what i was quoted...i will gladly recommend Big Taps plumbing to anyone and will definatly use them again if we have any jobs in their line of work..Thanks Big Taps plumbing.. p.s. Tom if you apply now your nice boss might give you your next birthday off

My bathroom looks great. We ran into a few problems when changing the taps on the bath but Craig stayed and sorted this until it was resolved, even though this meant finished later than he thought. This job took him longer than anticipated due to the problems but Craig did not charge me any extra. The finish is great and its nice to have hot and cold taps on the bath that now work. Thanks Craig. Will definitely use him again and have already passed his number on to 1 of my friends and my sister who both need work doing. Would highly recommend.
