High quality work very friendly,

Big thanks to Tom & Craig for the amazing job they did on our new bathroom. The quality of finish is fantastic, they worked like troopers, putting long hours in over the days to get the job done on time and at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the lads to anyone. I'm loving their work! Hire them now! You won't regret it!

I carefully selected Craig to carry out my bathroom re-fit after reading all the positive comments, I did have an (only slightly) cheaper quote but following reviews I picked Big Taps Plumbing. There was good communication from the beginning and I felt confident in these builders after having prior bad experiences with several other builders. I was not on site during most of the work so am unable to comment on hours worked etc and the job did over run for several reasons. The standard of work was outstanding and finished to an immaculate standard, as with ALL the other reviews it must be stressed that the tiling was done impeccably, far better than I was expecting and I did have high standards after reading the reviews...It goes without saying that I would recommend Craig and Tom to anyone. Just a point to note would be to make sure, as with any builder, you double check what it is you are wanting and your requirements.

Really happy with the work carried out. Craig and Tom did a very professional job and the finish is amazing. The work was finished on time and to a very high standard. Definitely use again.

Would like to say a massive thanks to Tom and Craig for the superb job they did on our en suite. Very clean,very professional and friendly. Got quotes through some big high street companies big taps were much cheaper and in my opinion much better. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service provided by Craig & Tom on refitting our bathroom. They were very polite, friendly and trustworthy and cleaned up after each days work. Good communication throughout with texts and phonecalls. Happy to recommend and would definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with the finished result on my bathroom refurb. Tom did an excellent job on our tiling despite the awkward layout of our bathroom. We were out at work through the majority of the work being done but communication was kept through texts and phonecalls and instructions followed as advised so we were were very happy with the service. The price was very reasonable and the stress of sourcing our own materials and bathroom suite was taken away as we described to Craig what we were looking for an it was all sorted on our behalf. The only thing we had to sort were the tiles- being pregnant having as little stress as possible was important to us which was a major factor in us choosing Craig to carry out the job. Both Craig and Tom cleaned up before leaving each evening so we didnt have to worry about this after a long day at work.

Craig and Tom were friendly, trustworthy, great communication and did job to high standard and at the right price. Would definitely use them again, highly recommended.
