What a fantastic team, to say my bathroom was a challenge is an understatement but Craig and Duncan were amazing throughout, even going that extra mile when needed. I have now been left with a beautifully modern bathroom which I don't want to come out of.. Thanks a million guys you did everything from plumbing to plastering to counselling lol. Nothing was too much trouble.. 2 very satisfied customer thanks guys from Caryann and Mick.

Craig has just completed a complete refit of a new bathroom suite for us and we are really pleased with the results, I absolutely love it! From first meeting with him for our quote, I could tell he really knew his stuff and seemed a really nice bloke. As our house is quite old he did encounter a few issues here and there (we ended up needing our electrics updating as they were so old and our loft hatch was too small to get in to do the extractor fan cabling) but Craig kept in contact the whole time and updated me along the way. I'm really pleased we hired him as he did a really thorough job and the end results are fantastic. I still can't believe it's our bathroom as the difference between our old and new bathroom is just amazing!! Thank you Craig. Would definitely recommend you.

Big Taps were great throughout. The job turned out to be more complex than originally thought and resulted in a few late nights for Craig and his team. The estimated quote that we received wasn't the cheapest, but Craig assured us that the job would be done completely to our satisfaction. Having regretfully gone with cheapest option in the past I have a view that you get what you pay for so we decided to go with Big Taps. Big Taps delivered a top class result despite the unseen issues encountered and our additional requests for tweaks to the building scope. Professional and conscientious throughout, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Craig and his team were very good and did a complete refurb of our bathroom at a reasonable price. Despite travelling some distance, he was able to get to property in good time. Tiling and plumbing were all of excellent quality and I was asked before any important decisions were made. The property was left clean and tidy and the finished job looked great. Complete Bathroom Refit Due to exceptional unforeseen circumstances, Craig had to rearrange the start of my job, but also gave me the option of cancelling to find somebody else. I decided to wait for him as we all have things crop up last minute that are unplanned. And waiting was the best decision I could have made, as the transformation these two did on my bathroom was outstanding to say the least. When they'd finished, my bathroom looked like something out of a magazine, from floor tiles to ceiling cladding with inset spotlights, everything was immaculate. I can't speak highly enough for the quality of their work, except to say that I am so impressed, that I will be arranging for them to return as soon as possible to install ceiling cladding and spotlights in other areas of my home, and other plumbing works. They were also very reasonably priced with no hidden charges, advised me if they thought I needed something, but gave the option for me to get it myself or they could (at cost), no hard sell. Lastly, thanks guys, friends/visitors still comment on how nice the bathroom is. If only you could revamp my whole house. 😆

I hired Craig to fit an outside tap and his colleague arrived the next day to carry out the work. There was a slight leak after the job was done but it was dealt with effectively straight away. I would highly recommend Craig and his team and would hire them again without hesitation.

From the initial response of coming out to visit the job, getting the quote back to me that same day and getting the job done to our specific requirements I have nothing but praise for Tom and Craig. It was Tom who did our bathroom and he was very easy to get along with and discuss the options and choices along the way. His attention to detail was fantastic-very reassuring when you are spending a lot of money on a new bathroom and want it to be 'just right' He thought about all the little things that I didn't even know to think about! He was helpful when I had items delivered to the house while I was not around and he was also very patient and understanding when I had not bought enough tiles to finish the job. A lot of hard work went into the preparation, the tanking and laying of the wet room tray-I am very confident that this was all done to the highest standard. The tiling was exceptional and very well thought out, especially how Tom chose to lay the wood effect tiles on the floor and how he ran them into the shower, a beautiful seamless look. The finished result was better than I had hoped for, we were really pleased with Toms work and I would not hesitate in recommending him or using him again myself – not that I would ever imaging wanting to change our bathroom now! Thank you for all the hard work and effort you put in!

Craig and Tom did a great job. A few set backs due to illness and human error (on my part) I would highly recommend these guys. Great prices and top fellas too. Very happy!
