Cannot praise Tom enough for his excellent work that has lasted for years already. He connected my underfloor heating and controls to the boiler and re did some of the plumbing so it functioned optimally. Not only that he refitted the toilet that needed to be taken up for the underfloor heating and radiators. Out of pure kindness he also helped me put some doors up. Cannot recommend him enough as a tradesman and as a genuinely good guy. Thanks a lot Tom!

A very professional service, responded to emails very quickly, made arrangements quickly, turned up at the agreed time and really took a care of not leaving a trace on carpets or in the boiler cupboard. Gave sound advice and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Tom and will be keeping his details for future gas and plumbing works.

Arrived on time, very friendly and helpful, left no mess and ended up spending more time than envisaged due to a problem with the service, but honoured the original quote despite this. Followed up with more information for me to assist with the problem (warranty issue with boiler). Went out of his way to help when he didn’t need to. Thank you, will use again!

Tom was very polite and excellent in his job. Attented my job within 24 hour of posting. Inspite of working whole day in his previous work, he came to attend the job on a very wet evening ,explained me the cause of the problem, sorted all the 16 radiators, his charges are very reasonable. Would use him again in future. High recomendations from me.

Tom replaced our hot water tank for us recently. It was an awkward size and a very awkward space to fit it into, but he did the job most efficiently and professionally. I was very impressed with all aspects of the work he has done for us. Many thanks!
