Tom did a great job and managed to fit me in when another contractor let me down. He was very good at keeping me informed about when he would arrive. The replacement valve works well. I will definitely use Southern Heat Solutions in future.

We changed our gravity fed heating system (water tank in the loft and hot water cylinder on our first floor) to a Combi boiler - removing the old water tanks and replacing 8 radiators and installing 2 new ones and all the associated pipe work. Our old pipe work to our radiators was all on the outside of the walls - running along skirting boards and up walls and the new piping is set into the plasterboard in a more modern fashion. Tom’s done a fantastic job - setting our expectations it would take 5 days, he delivered the finished job exactly on time and to a high quality finish. He kept us informed of progress and was generally a really nice guy to have working in our home; tidying up after each day. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great quality, reliable tradesman.

Tom, was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He went above and beyond was was expected and provided a good debrief to a layperson, including recommendations, where appropriate. After this boiler service my whole system is now working more effectively and I will ensure Tom receives a booking, next year, for the annual service. His pricing was extremely competitive and I would not hesitate in recommending his services. Thank you
