    Replace boiler and move pipework
    Tom did a fantastic job, from firstly providing a competitive quote, to then fitting us in quickly as we needed the works starting urgently. He kept me informed throughout and I felt comfortable to give him a key and just leave him to it. His work was excellent and we will definitely use him again! Thanks very much Tom!

    Replace central heating pump
    Tom replaced a central heating pump for me. He provided a fair quote in advance, turned up exactly when he said he would, replaced the pump and got everything working again and left the airing cupboard very clean and tidy after he had finished. Final charge was as quoted. What more could you want!

    Install Tado Smart Thermostat
    Tom did an excellent job at installing the Tado smart thermostat for me, he did all the work with minimal fuss and serviced the boiler for a package price. Which I was more than happy with.

    LPG gas service
    Didn’t bother replying after agreeing he would do the job , ignored my messages to confirm a date and time

    Hi Debbie sorry to hear you feel like this I understand your frustration. I did agree to help with this job. I promised I would free up time w/c 18th Dec and I would come back to you with a day & time. You followed up shortly after and asked if I had a day & time yet. I said I'd come back to you as soon as possible and reassured I would make the appointment as promised. You then replied soon after and said you had found someone else to help with this job. All I can do is offer my apologies for this unfortunate situation and hope you can understand there was never any intention to let you down.

    Oil combi boiler needs replacing
    Tom did a great job replacing our old boiler and we're very pleased with the outcome! We will use him for the annual service and for similar work in the future.

    Yearly service worcester boiler
    Tom came to give our boiler its yearly service, he did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable with something else we had with it. Arrived on time and a very tidy job! Really lovely guy, pleasure to have here, definitely recommend! Will be using again! Thank you!
