We found Rhys was very knowledgeable about his trade and was a pleasure to have in our home. He worked until the job was finished and explained everything he was doing and why, which is very important. We found his cost to be very reasonable for the work he carried out. We will certainly have Rhys back for the next service of the boiler.

Guys came and changed boiler pump job done well. Rhys also gave good advice for essential work that needs to be done. Will use again .

Rhys contacted me promptly and we arranged to meet at the house. He texted me to keep me updated with his arrival time which I thought was very professional touch. I explained the problem and he spent time bleeding and balancing the system. He explained and showed me what he had done to make sure I was happy with the result. A knowledgable guy who sorted the fault efficiently. I would not hesitate in using him again and in fact have asked him to look at a couple of other jobs.

We employed Rhys to connect an old bath to drain into a sink in our workshop. He communicated initially using photos by whatsapp and then came out to quote for the job. He was very professional and seemed to have a clear idea about how he would go about completing the job even though there were limitations due to it being a rental space. He arrived punctually on the agreed date and had the job finished within a few hours. We couldn't believe how neat and discreet he managed to get the pipe work and we were delighted with the finished result. Rhys tested the new system thoroughly and left the space clean and tidy. He also designed the setup so it can be easily transported if we ever need to move it. We would definitely recommend Rhys for similar work due to his good communication, neat and tidy work and attention to detail.

Rhys completed some gas installation work for me, making necessary interior & exterior adjustments. Wish I’d hired him earlier. Serviced boiler and ran additional safety checks. Will be hiring again for any gas or plumbing work. Great service.

Fitted a Worcester gas boiler in my boiler house, great job,looks great and everything Rhys has done has been well above what I had expected and would gladly recommend him to do any plumbing work that is needed! I’m a plumber myself and though Rhys is still young he has the right mentality and knowledge to do any domestic and commercial plumbing work now and in the future! Great work ethic and hopefully I’ll see him next year when my lovely new gas boiler needs it’s annual service! Thanks again Rhys great job mate!

well all I can say is that I got an excellent service at a reasonable cost . I had a problems with a house I have rented out in Belfast . there was dampness under the sink and the Tennent was saying that the sink was leaking . I was working in London at the time so I needed to find someone that could investigate and resolve asap. well rhys was there within a couple of hours. he sent me photographs of what the issue was . at no time did I ever feel he wasn't nothing but been honest with me . we had several conversation on the phone over the duration of the job . he done more that was expected and was very reasonable in his costs . I am a builder myself with 30 years experience so I know what I talking about . I would recommend him to anyone . I rang a few of the other plumbers but as soon as the conversation started all they talked about money and you know its going to be expensive straight away .this wasn't the case with rhys . not sure what else to say other than I would give him 110% for the quality of his work, effort he puts in and communication throughout the job
