Rhys was quick to get in touch and got out to us very quickly after an emergency engineer identified a potential gas leak. Although there was no leak in the end, he gave the gas system a thorough check and fixed a few small issues for us. I’d definitely recommend him and will be calling him again if we need to!

Rhys did an excellent job of the complete bathroom refurbishment and I'm so pleased with the work hes done.He is an excellent plumber and his work is carried out to a very high standard. Its an old property so there were a few problems because of that but he was able to find solutions to these and I couldn't be happier with the end result. He made sure all the rubbish was removed and left the place clean and tidy everyday. Definitely recommend him.

Amazing job by Rhys. He went to my house to inspect the oil boiler and the clock controller Fixed the power connectin problems of clock controller, and then found the pump has problems so he advised to replace the old one. Then in the next day, he bring a brand new one pump and replace the old one. He also tested every radiators to make sure the heading is working. I'm newbie of the oil boiler and Rhys show me the detail how the oil boiler running and how to fix a common problem. He gave me very detail instruction to setup the clock and boiler. Absolutely, I will hire him again for pumping and heating system and he can help on other job as well like convert the bath to shower. Many thanks Rhys for your help specially call out duirng this holiday period.

Second time hiring Rhys and his work again was first class. Fixed a leaking waste pipe in the en suite, installed a new shower unit + towel rail. Also helped service our boiler as well. Would recommend, all jobs done to a high standard and the amount charged was very reasonable.

Rhys and his team arrived within a couple of days to do the job as arranged. They were very professional and helpful and made sure everything worked properly before they left. I was happy with the price and would definitely have them round again to do other jobs.

Fantastic service from Rhys and the team. Our boiler stopped working on Saturday and we were frantically ringing round trying to find people to fix it. Nobody could do this weekend and we got a few trying to scam us into new boilers. My friend recommend my builder and within 10 mins Rhys messaged me, he had great reviews so I gave him a call. He said he could do Sunday morning and get this fixed or whenever suited us. He quoted 120 for weekend fallout or 50-60 during the week so he gave us the options and want out to fleece us out of money. True to their word they came out the next morning and fixed it without issue and said any more issues to contact them immediately. Rhys was very honest and knowledgeable, honesty especially goes a long way, he wasn't out to create false issues in order to get more money, he was there to do a good job and charge a fair amount. As a result we'll see definitely be using his services again. Thank you!
