It was evident that Rhys puts effort into his work and completed the job for me at a time that suited me over his original schedule. He was friendly, knowledgable and happy to chat away, answering all my novice questions, even though he obviously gets them every day! He was content to do extra work for me I dreamt up on the day and took the extra time to do it, all at a sensible price. A quality service I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be contacting in the future!

I had a problem with a leaking shower Rhys called out when he said he would.He identified the problem and fixed it there and then he called back the next day to make sure everything was ok.I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again.Seems a honest and reliable guy.

Arrived promptly and explained the problem and how it could be fixed and he did check all other radiators in house and did make sure all radiators were working before he left my house. Polite and professional and would highly recommend. He did the little extras that made it a pleasure to use his services.
