The job went really well. However, one aspect of the job couldn't be done , and that was disappointing. However, Nick was professional and efficient.

Answered quickly, was at the property within an hour and job completed. Price as agreed, cleaned up will continue to use and well recommended.

Terrible service from this contractor. I would avoid like the plague. Had a leak, said they'd fixed. A month later leak still persisting. Can back to claim that it was fixed again, it wasn't. Requested a refund. Said they'd send but didn't. Now going to court. Don't waste your time with this people. They are crooks that claim to give 12 months guarantee for work but its not worth the paper its written on.

Had a leak inside the house a month ago.They came and fixed it at first.Then had another big leak close to the first spot,tried to re arrange booking them 3 times they cancelled on me last minute which was so extremelly frustrating as they delayed me big time and i was waiting for them and at the end they never ended up replying or let me know so they basically had me waste a whole week with the leak.Worse part is the other plumber that came to fix issue which he did in a day told me and assured me that previous plumber did a very poor and uprofessional job.That is the truth and whatever else they will tell you is not truth.Worse part for me and the most frustrating that they cancelled on me last minute delayed and the last 2 days they never picked up any phones or answered any messages!

Mike and his friend Ryan were instructed to locate an underfloor water leak. After destroying very expensive tiled floor, they pretended to find the leak in the underfloor heating pipe and pretended to fix it. This of course did nothing to fix the actual leak. A subsequent plumber confirmed that the hole in the underfloor heating was created by those cowboys and the leak was from the toilet. There was no need to destroy all the expensive tiles! To add insult to injury, they charged a huge £2500 for their destruction job (8 hours @ £240 plus rubbish removal for £250) and had the audacity to ask for £190 in deposit for a destruction tool, which they ignored in their final invoice. They have caused thousands of pounds of damage and their conduct was nothing short of criminal. They should be removed from this platform.
