    Replace sealant and bathroom lino
    Came the same day. Started work and completed very quickly. Even took away the old Lino for us . Very friendly and reliable Would definitely use again

    Water Leakage going under wooden floor
    Mike has responded to my request really quick and i really liked the way they came and did a free check to identify the fault. He was able to identify the fault quickly and knows thats a quick fix as well. When he said he would do a free check and then tell the price depending on the nature of fix! I assumed he would charge reasonably. But really disappointed the amount charged for a 5 minute fix job! We did negotiate and agreed for a price which still is an over price as per the nature of the job. Appreciate he did further checks which he mentioned that he would for free anyways. Thanks

    i am really sorry for any inconvenience you may feel you have been caused. we are a free call out service in which we diagnosed free of charge an a price was agreed for work needing to carried out by yourself & your husband. We also carried out final checks to double check you was happy to go ahead in which you was. Your husband agreed the price given before any work was undertaken. i work to make my customers happy i am this wasn’t the case in your situation regards SM Maintenance

    Water leak in bathroom ceiling.
    SM Maintenance were superb. Came around within the hour of posting the job and found the water leak issue within 20 mins. This was after British Gas Engineers had tried to detect the leak on two previous occasions and and couldn't find it. Definitely recommend - they know their stuff.

    water was leaking throw ceiling we had to trace an find leak to stop the leak

    Water coming through my ceiling and Michael turned up within a couple of hours, free of charge and diagnosed the problem in short amount of time. Had the Leak isolated and repaired same day, no fuss. Very Professional manor. Will call you if I need your services again, Many thanks
