Got a call and within 45 mins Michael was outside my house! Came in inspected the issue, gave the drain outside the house a plunge and then some friendly advice going forward. Fingers crossed the issue is all resolved! I would recommend SM maintenance to anyone if they have any issues that requires a certified plumber!

They did a great job. Seemed to know exactly what they were doing.

I rarely sit down to write a reviews,but in this case I had to make sure I warn other especially with all the good reviews this company has.First impression Mike mad was great,they spent a net of 5 hours to trace the leak.The work seemed professional.But then it all went completely wrong.First they charged a massive 2815£ for a few hours work.They promised to come back in 2 days to reinstate the shower(my only shower so this was urgent).But after payment they basically stopped answering my calls or messages.Only late at night I got a text saying sorry we had an urgent leak to fix,get someone else.They left me with a broken bathroom, to take care of another customer?! I was shocked.Luckily I found someone else,who discovered they missed one big leak(thank god they didnt put it all back I would have to break everything again),and they also took out the shower frame so roughly that it broke!Be warned,the most unreliable, crazy expensive,unprofessional team you can ever find.Stay away.

Fixed the rumbling sound from bathroom tab. Identified the issue which other plumbers could not find the source. Happy with their speedy work highly recommended

Nick was prompt to come and look at the job. However, his promise to complete it in the next two days turned out to be five. He did what he said but left in a hurry and I found out subsequently that the overflow pipe was continually flowing. Since then he has given me helpful advice on the phone about how to stop this.
