On a bitterly cold day..the young man who was undertaking the roof repairs arrived absolutely on time..started work immediately, and did not stop until it was completed..he was pleasant & polite - not always the case these days - and tidied up before leaving.

Kept informed by phone and video of work required. Friendly and competent team. Would contact for future jobs.

First impression of Michael was of a very helpful and knowledgeable man who was happy to discuss what exactly we wanted and to explore and explain options. (This impression subsequently proved to be correct - he was very helpful and polite throughout). Once agreed, the work was carried out very quickly and efficiently and the final result is excellent. Highly recommended.

Had guttering and downpipes replaced front and back of the house as well as a small roofing repair job. Michael was reliable from the start. He arrived at each pre-arranged appointment on time. He provided a written quote. He confirmed date to carry out job verbally and via text. His team completed the work in a timely manner. They were courteous and friendly and basically just got on with the job. Michael was not on site all the time but was there at the beginning, middle and end. At the end he walked through all the work that had been carried to make sure of client satisfaction. I would recommend Michael and his team.
