Quick, efficient, tidied up after themselves.

Got booked in to do the chimney repointing X2 and did the job within a couple of days. Good communication before and during the job.

Michael didn't appear at the appointment but I have since found out why from James. All good

Michael is a very professional and reassuring person. I felt I was in safe hands as soon as he arrived to survey the job. He even had a drone to check out the inaccessible part of my roof. He arranged for three workmen to come a couple of days later. They were the most polite, hardworking chaps you could meet. My roof looks great now. Michael returned to check we were happy with the job. I think a reasonable price for the work done.

Positive experience with this firm, lovely lads who work for Michael done an excellent job nothing was to much trouble for them, very respectful of property and cleaned up after themselves as best as they could as weather was atrocious while they were pointing, they even bought us presents for our wedding anniversary and petes birthay very thoughtful of them,would highly recommend them and would definitely use again

From getting the quote from Michael to inspecting the site on completion I have been very impressed with this company. My queries and concerns were immediately and fully answered. The work was carried out efficiently and ahead of schedule by three very polite and informative workers and the site was left immaculate. I have no hesitation in recommending Shropshire Roofing and General Building Ltd.

Two guys came to do the pointing I asked to be done. Very polite and down to earth chaps, job done to my satisfaction, and they cleaned up after them.

Great service from start to finish, original work was done in line with quotation, additional work was discovered once roof tiles removed, this was clearly identified and obviously required doing, I am ex building trade, additional costs were agreed and again completed in line with revised cost and time scale. What an amazing company and team these guys are. Turned up on time, never mithered just got on with the job even though my husband was on nights and I was ill on one occasion. We had repointing to the front, partial side and back of our property and two chimney stacks. Totally professional, excellent work and finish and competitive on prices. Definitely deserve to be reviewed and used. Thanks guys my home looks like new. Rich and Lisa Harding
