Excellent service with prompt attention. Due to unforeseen circumstances the work was not able to be done, however all parts where supplied and are of good quality. Understanding and patience where needed and these where shown in abundance. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Michael quickly came round and quoted for my job which he was able to fit in the following week. When on the roof further issues were identified which he was able to fix the same day. His team tidied up all the rubble really well. I would certainly recommend Shropshire Roofing.

Michael was very prompt in attending to supply a quotation for the works. The price he quoted was very competitive compared to like quotes we had received. Michael was quick to offer a date for the completion of the work. He was always in contact from quote to finish. The finish appears very good. I would definitely reccomend Michael and Shropshire roofing and will not hesitate to re-use them in the future. Work has been completed and the area was left tidy following the completion of the work.

The team were polite and courteous. They left their work area neat and tidy and worked quickly (actually arriving ahead of schedule!). Communication was outstanding - pretty much immediate replies every time. They sent us photographs and videos of the work, which comes with a 5 year guarantee. Very happy and the work was good, as far as we can tell. I have no doubts that they would be straight out if we had any issues though. First time using my builder came here as I was sick of cowboy tradesman and getting messed around. Michael was very Professional in his attitude workmanship. Always communicating and was very helpful with anything i didn't understand to explain it so i knew what he was going to do.
