S.E.M maintenance services reviews (85)

Simon was polite and professional. Job was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. This relatively small job led to us employing simons services further with the installation of a wet room at the property which again was done quickly and professionally. An excellent job and the team even left the property spotless after completion of the building work. Would thoughly recommend this gentleman and his team and will definitely be employing them again in the future and we understand they also carry out decorating services.

This was my first experiance with posting and hiring on my builder.Simon did an excellent job of putting extra insulation in my loft with a few boards for storage. He was very helpful and a tidy worker.I would definitely hire Simon again and recommend him to friends.Very pleased.

Friendly and courteous service from Simon. Very happy with the work carried out and will be using the team again over the next couple of weeks for another job in my bathroom.

Simon came and priced job up and gave us a start date we were happy with. The job was completed to an excellent standard, we couldn’t have been more happy with the job. Simon even gave us advice on another part of house that we had a problem with and completed that for us also. Excellent job at a really good price. Cheers Simon.
