Simon fitted 300 mm of loft insulation into one of the our properties. He kept us fully informed of the installation process and liaised with our tenant. He installed the loft installation in the recommended professional way and provided detailed before and after pictures of his work. We have no hesitation in recommending his services - Thank you Simon.

Simon and Richard did a great job internally insulating our bedroom, we have noticed a big difference. I found them professional and they knew what they was doing and I will hire and recommend them to others in the future. Thanks

First rate job: fair price, turned up on time and finished promptly with no mess. Appreciated the photos of before and after for insurance purposes. Highly recommended.

Prior to the start of work, Simon communicated well with us keeping us informed of progress. The team arrived as planned and worked hard to carry out the work in a timely manner. They removed all of the old insulation and debris from previous roofing work before relaying fresh insulation. photographs were also taken of the work. We have a quote for secondary work and will be calling Simon and his team back to do this for us. Excellent manner and customer service. Thank you

The team arrived on time and were polite . Stairs and carpets were covered prior to starting insulating the loft and then tidied up on leaving. The house is now much warmer and hopefully our heating bills should be reduced.

I was very impressed with Simon of S.E.M. He provided a professional, communicative and thorough service. The final result was of a high standard. He was very flexible and offered alternatives for changes in design, always looking for the best and most efficient solutions. As I couldn’t be on site, Simon provided photos every evening to show me how the job was progressing. He also left the premises clean and free of rubbish. I definitely recommend this company.

We were delighted with the work Simon and his team completed for us. The new office kitchen and refurbished toilets have made a real difference for our team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon, the work was done on time, on budget and they were all nice chaps to deal with.
